Really pleased with the outcome of the single storey rear extension that Alex and his team have created for us. Our work included the removal of existing conservatory to the rear of our house and the construction of a new permanent pitched roof rear extension that included knocking through into the existing house. Alex's communication was always great, with prompt and honest responses to any questions. It also felt like a genuine collaboration, where we could discuss the best and most cost effective approach to the build. Being a 1930s semi there was always going to be a few challenges, especially with the groundworks elements but these were worked through efficiently. Alex's core team were always polite, punctual, clean and tidy and the quality of their work was excellent. We were let down by our kitchen fitter (which was not arranged by AJG) and Alex helped to alleviate the situation for my family. Have had several jobs completed by AJG Construction. Alex always responds to queries and requests promptly. Work is always started at times agreed and carried out by skilled professional people and to a high standard.

I contacted AJG Construction via the Checkatrade website and from the outset I found Alex and the team to be professional, knowledgeable and extremely skilful in completing the build and installation of our downstairs cloakroom. The work completed was to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for any construction and renovation work. AJG Construction have just completed work at my property, removing load bearing walls & putting new steels in, plastering / Plumbing Electrics etc.
Very professional, always on the end of the phone if you need to ask for advice.
Turn up when they say they will, Alex, Zak & Charlie were all polite & accommodating when we asked for extra work to be done.
The end result is just what we wanted, great value for money.

2 storey rear extension. Thought through problems and came up with solutions. Responsive and coped well with changing plans! Friendly team who engaged with the kids too including letting them put their hand print into the foundations. Would certainly use again.
